German MBE-Workshop

This workshop provides a unique platform in the German-speaking countries to discuss and exchange know-how and experience concerning all topics related to molecular beam epitaxy. Technical aspects as well as specific topics will be addressed. The workshop can look back on a success story lasting over more than twenty years. We will continue the series of workshops which in the past years were held in Vienna (2017), Munich (2016) and Paderborn (2015). More than 100 participants are expected to attend, including young academics, researchers as well as students from universities, research institutions and industrial partners.
